Hello!
I am a PhD candidate in the Green lab at McGill University. My research mainly focuses on the evolutionary ecology of animal coloration. During my undergraduate degree and later during my MSc, I worked on the adaptive significance of insect egg coloration. I have studied traits such as aposematic signals and photoprotective pigmentation, using stink bugs (Heteroptera: Pentatomidae) as model systems. I am currently interested in uncovering the secrets behind the conspicuous color patterns of certain frogs and salamanders of the Quebec fauna. |
